Our London-based MA International Luxury Business course equips you with the expertise to navigate and lead in the global luxury fashion and lifestyle sectors.
Through this program you will develop a comprehensive understanding of brand strategy, consumer behaviour and business management within an evolving international luxury market.
Developed by industry leaders and rooted in the authority of Vogue, which brings 130 years of expertise in fashion business, media and luxury, this Master’s program offers the academic rigor, industry insights and a collaborative curriculum built in conjunction with the Online and Madrid namesake programs.
The curriculum is designed to reflect the latest trends in luxury brand development, business management and market strategy, ensuring that you gain the skills and knowledge required to succeed in any part of the luxury sector including fashion, lifestyle, wellness, travel, culture or more.
This in-person course offers students the opportunity to immerse yourselves in the London culture and perspective, engage in dynamic discussions with stakeholders and peers, collaborative projects and real-world luxury business case studies. You will analyse consumer engagement, business strategy and the evolving landscape of global luxury markets. Study full-time over 1 year with each semester running for 12–14 weeks.

Academic Structure
The MA International Luxury Business program (London) offers a full-time study program. Students begin their classes in the fall and follow the sequence of classes and subject areas within our Master’s program suite.
The program offers a full-time (1 year) study.
Complete the course across three semesters:
- Semester 1: Develop your foundations of luxury knowledge and understanding, trends and consumer insights.
- Semester 2: Advance your luxury management and strategic understanding through live projects and industry led knowledge exchange.
- Semester 3: Realise your Final Master’s Project and curate a professional output that reflects your unique research discipline.
Learning Experience
The course emphasises hands-on creative production, critical reflection, and professional practice — mirroring the realities of the fashion media industries. You’ll engage in:

The Business of Luxury
Develop a strategic mindset and gain the critical tools needed to understand how luxury brands succeed in a fast-changing global market. Explore how leading businesses respond to shifting consumer values, cultural trends, and economic pressures, while redefining what luxury means today. Through research and real-world case studies, you learn how brands innovate, build loyalty, and stay relevant.
Consumer Behaviour
Analyse consumer preferences and market trends shaping the luxury sector. Build essential research skills to uncover valuable consumer insights. Through hands-on projects, you identify shifts in behaviour, evaluate emerging trends, and assess how market changes impact luxury brands. Apply your findings to strategic decision-making, preparing you to navigate the evolving luxury landscape with confidence and clarity.
Semester 2
Luxury Brand Management
Explore the world of luxury brand management, learning how to lead strategically, position brands effectively, and make sound financial decisions in a global context. Examine the unique challenges luxury businesses face and align brand identity with business goals. Using a simulated luxury brand case study, you create real-world responses that build leadership, strategic thinking, and financial acumen.
Global Luxury Business Strategy & Innovation
Explore how luxury brands craft global strategies to grow market share, drive innovation, and maintain exclusivity in a competitive landscape. Collaborate in teams on a live brief set by a real luxury brand or business. Take on assigned roles, develop creative strategies, and pitch your final ideas directly to the client. Along the way, you gain hands-on experience, workshop with industry professionals, and reflect on your contribution to a dynamic, business-focused team.
Semester 3
Final Masters Project
Bring everything you’ve learned together by tackling a real-world challenge or opportunity in your chosen area of interest. Work independently with expert guidance from a supervisor to develop a research-led, actionable project that aligns with your career goals. Whether you choose a business strategy, design concept, or consultancy report, your final project demonstrates your ability to think critically, apply industry insight, and communicate ideas with impact.

Accrediting Body & Award Structure
Subject to validation, this program will hold international recognition as a degree qualification accredited and conferred by The University of Buckingham.
Credits
The degree carries a value of 180 credits within the UK’s Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF) at level 7, equivalent to 90 European Credit Transfer System (ECTS) credits. It is structured as three 13-week semesters spread across one academic year at RQF level 7. The program combines academic rigor and industry engagement with practical and professional skills, drawing on the expertise of Vogue’s wide network of industry professionals.

Deposit Payment & Instalment Options
To secure your place on the course, a deposit of £1,500 is required within 14 days of receiving your offer. Please note, the deposit option is unavailable for bookings made within six weeks of the course start date where full course fees are required.
Students have the option to pay the tuition fee in instalments over the duration of the course. International students are required to pay the first instalment of the course fee in full and in advance to obtain the CAS number necessary for Student Visa purposes.
Instalments
In order to confirm and secure a place on this course, students will be asked to pay a deposit in the amount of £1,500 at the point of receiving an offer from us.
Home students can pay the tuition fee in instalments throughout the year.
International students will be asked to pay their first instalment of the course fee before they start at the College and prior to the issue of a Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS).
